This matter comes before the Court on Defendants Lord, Abbett & Co. ("Lord Abbett") and Lord Abbett Distributor LLC's ("Lord Abbett Distributor") (together "Defendants") motion to dismiss this action pursuant to the Securities Litigation Uniform Standards Act of 1988 (hereinafter "SLUSA" or the "Act"), 15 U.S.C. § 78bb(f).
