The plaintiff, Elrac, Inc., doing business as Enterprise Rent A Car (hereinafter Elrac), was the owner of a vehicle driven by Anthony J. Kingsberry which struck a vehicle driven by Steve L. Stancil from the rear on March 7, 2000, causing Stancil to sustain injuries. Stancil commenced an action to recover damages for personal injuries...
