Tracy M. Atkinson, n/k/a Tracy M. Dinella ("Mother"), appeals from the trial court's judgment dismissing her motion for reimbursement for fifty percent of their children's uninsured medical expenses from Douglas Atkinson ("Father") for failure to state a claim.1 We reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
