This is an interlocutory appeal from the trial court's order denying a plea to the jurisdiction filed by Appellant, Texas Tech Medical Center. In a single issue on appeal, Texas Tech Medical Center alleges the trial court erred in denying its plea to the jurisdiction because Appellee, Noemi Garcia, did not establish a waiver of sovereign immunity under the Texas Tort Claims Act.
