¶ 1. A Lowndes County jury convicted Julian Mingo of three counts of fondling a fifteen-year-old boy. Mingo was sentenced to three ten-year terms of imprisonment, to be served consecutively, followed by five years of post-release supervision. On appeal, Mingo challenges various rulings by the trial judge, the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his conviction, and the length of his sentence.1
