The plaintiff, Margaret Middleton, appeals from an order rendered, after trial, in the Small Claims Part of the Hoosick Falls Village Court (Gorman, J.), dismissing the plaintiff's cause of action based upon a claimed failure to disclose a defective condition on real property.
