MEMORANDUM OPINION

The Salazars filed bankruptcy on November 1, 2005 without first obtaining credit counseling. On November 2, 2005, the Salazars filed a motion seeking an extension of time by which they were required to obtain the credit counseling required by 11 U.S.C. § 109(h). The Court denied this request by order on November 16, 2005 and struck the Salazars' petition. See In re Hubbard,
