Before the Court is the United States' Motion to Dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction (Rec.Doc.88). The government contends that claimants have failed to exhaust their administrative remedies as required for this Court to assert jurisdiction under various federal statutes including the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b)(1), 2671-2680 ("FTCA").
