Jayme M. Dawicki and Mid-Century Insurance Co. (collectively, Dawicki) appeal from the judgment entered in a personal injury action following an automobile accident where the jury found Hala Hamdan 13% negligent and Dawicki 87% negligent, but where the trial court changed the jury's answer on grounds of insufficient evidence so as to eliminate Hamdan's negligence.
