Robin Hudson and Ken Hudson, individually and as parents and next friends of their minor son James Hudson, appeal the grant of summary judgment to Adrienne Swain. They contend the trial court erred by doing so because Swain pled guilty to following too closely and this was sufficient to show that she failed to exercise ordinary care.
