Budd Baer, Inc., (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed an order of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying Employer's termination petition and granting Glenn Butcher's (Claimant) petition to review compensation benefits, pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act (Act).
