In this dispute arising out of the breakdown in the business relationship between plaintiff, Kheireddin Hamade,1 and defendant, Sunoco, Inc. (R & M) (Sunoco),2 plaintiff appeals as of right the trial court's grant of summary disposition in favor of defendants. We affirm.
