Defendant was convicted of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, ORS 164.135, and possession of a controlled substance, ORS 475.992(4)(b), and received probationary sentences on each count. On the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction, the trial court imposed restitution in the amount of $1,673.50. On appeal, defendant argues that the trial court erred in imposing restitution for damage to the stolen vehicle, as the evidence at sentencing indicated...
