¶ 1 Defendant Jonathan Bisson pleaded guilty to five counts of first degree robbery and three counts of second degree robbery. The State conceded that Bisson's plea agreement was involuntary because he had not been clearly informed that the five deadly weapon enhancements applicable to the first degree counts had to be served consecutively to one another.
