SRG Consulting, Inc. ("SRG") appeals the trial court's grant of partial summary judgment to Eagle Hospital Physicians, LLC ("Eagle"). SRG and Gerst Investments, LP ("Gerst") sued Eagle, seeking an inspection of Eagle's books and records and asserting related claims.
