McKEAGUE, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-appellant Tennessee Laborers Health and Welfare Fund appeals the district court's ruling awarding plaintiff Elias Rodriguez attorney's fees pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 1132(g). For the reasons that follow, we affirm the district court.
