Plaintiff Kingvision Pay-Per-View Ltd., is a franchised cable television operator which markets and licenses the commercial viewing of boxing events on a pay-per-view basis. In May 2005, plaintiff commenced this action by filing a complaint alleging that defendants intercepted the signal for a boxing event—the November 13, 2004, Ruiz/Golota Program—without authorization
