¶ 1 FINE, J.

Staff Right, Inc., appeals from a summary judgment awarding Travelers Indemnity Company of Illinois more than $100,000 on its claim that Staff Right owed it for the unpaid part of a worker's-compensation premium. We reverse and remand for further proceedings consistent with this decision.
