Richard L. Berry appeals the judgment against him for violations of the Kansas Consumer Protection Act (KCPA), K.S.A. 50-623 et seq. Berry claims the trial court erred by granting a directed verdict in favor of the State on three separate KCPA violations. Berry also claims the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to enter a judgment regarding one of the transactions.
