Ordered that the order is reversed, on the law, with costs, the motion is denied, and the complaint is reinstated against the defendant Long Island Rail Road.

The plaintiff alleged that as she was ascending a staircase at the Long Island Rail Road (hereinafter the LIRR) Jamaica Station, she fell due to a defect in the staircase.
