The plaintiff-appellant, Earl Razor ("Razor"), appeals a ruling against him and in favor of the defendant-appellee, the New Orleans Police Department ("NOPD"), by the Civil Service Commission upholding Razor's termination of employment from the NOPD. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
