¶ 1 Joseph Creazzo ("Plaintiff-Husband") and Darlene Creazzo, his wife, (collectively "the Creazzos"), appeal the trial court's order granting summary judgment in favor of Medtronic, Inc. on the Creazzos' claims of product defect, failure to warn, and strict liability. The Creazzos contend that the court erred when it dismissed their product defect claim based on their inability to retrieve the product, and dismissed their remaining claims...
