This is an appeal of two default judgments which were granted after the defendants failed to answer two of three lawsuits filed against them. Defendants' conduct which led to the failure to answer the lawsuits was admittedly negligent, and was further described by experts as arrogant. This court must determine whether the failure to answer the lawsuits was intentional...
