This instant case arises from an attorney malpractice claim filed by Charles E. Meeks, Jr. ("Meeks"), respondent, against Charles E. Dashiell, Jr., Esquire ("Dashiell"), petitioner.1 In 1989, Meeks asked Dashiell to draft a prenuptial agreement to protect his family business in the event that his upcoming marriage to Melanie Davis ("Davis") did not last.
