[¶ 1] A jury found Kirk Miller guilty of three counts of delivery of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). On appeal, Miller asks this Court to review whether he was denied his constitutional right to confront an adverse witness, whether he was denied a fair trial by the admission of a witness' out of court statements and the witness' guilty plea to a drug-related crime, and whether his convictions are supported by sufficient evidence.
