OPINION BY TAMILIA, J.:

¶ 1 Ray McCoy, Jr. appeals from the March 21, 2005 judgment of sentence of 90 days to 18 months incarceration imposed after a non-jury trial in which he was convicted of two counts of driving under the influence1 (DUI) and one count of violating the "driving on roadways laned for traffic" statute.2
