Plaintiffs Arcady and Rozalya Trogub accepted $10,000 to settle a lawsuit they filed against defendant Matthew K. Robinson after a minor two-car collision on August 28, 1999, near the intersection of Milwaukee Avenue and Lake Cook Road in Wheeling, Illinois. Robinson rear-ended the Trogubs' southbound vehicle.
