This is an action filed by CSA-Credit Solutions of America, Inc. ("CSA") to compel Respondent Julie Schafer to arbitrate her claims. Presently pending before the Court are both Respondent's motion to quash the petition (Docket # 5) and Petitioner's motion to compel arbitration (Docket # 9).
