Presently before the Court is Defendant Walter Jackson's Motion to Suppress a handgun and ammunition seized by an officer of the Glassboro Police Department after the officer's execution of a warrant for Defendant's arrest on criminal drug conspiracy charges. Defendant argues that the officer's seizure of the gun and ammunition violated the Fourth Amendment because the officer entered his apartment without a valid search...
