Justin Duckro pled guilty to two counts of a fifteen count indictment, for the theft of firearms (18 U.S.C. § 922(u)) and the use of firearms in connection with a drug transaction (18 U.S.C. § 924(c)). After providing significant assistance to the government in prosecuting several of his accomplices, he was sentenced to a total of sixty-six months imprisonment...
