MEMORANDUM OPINION

This case involves claims brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 by Plaintiff Deborah Denise Knott Puckett ("Plaintiff'), appearing pro se, against state prosecutors and court-appointed defense attorneys who were involved in Plaintiffs previous conviction and sentencing in North Carolina state court. This matter is presently before the Court on a Motion to Dismiss [Document # 16]
