Appellant Clinton Dixon ("Claimant") appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission ("Commission") denying his claim for unemployment benefits. The Division of Employment Security ("Division") filed a motion to dismiss this appeal, alleging that Claimant's notice of appeal was not timely filed.
