Michael Prewitt appeals from the judgment denying his Rule 24.035 motion, in which he asserted he was wrongfully denied probation. Because Mr. Prewitt's motion failed to state a cognizable claim attacking his conviction or sentence, we affirm the motion court's denial of post-conviction relief.
