Having been adjudicated a sexually dangerous person (SDP) following a Superior Court jury trial in February, 2001, appellant James Clark (presently committed at the Massachusetts Treatment Center) filed a notice of appeal to this court on August 15, 2005, accompanied by a motion, pursuant to G.
