Plaintiff Johnnie Bunting, proceeding pro se, brings this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff alleges that defendant Lieutenant Michael Nagy violated his constitutional rights when he placed him in keeplock at the Green Haven Correctional Facility ("Green Haven") of the New York State Department of Correctional Services ("DOCS").
