¶ 1 On April 12, 2004, the State of Montana charged Robert Lee Browning with driving under the influence (felony) (DUI), obstructing a police officer (misdemeanor), driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked (misdemeanor), and failure to carry proof of insurance (misdemeanor).
