This is a review of that part of a published decision of the court of appeals reversing the judgment of the circuit court for Marathon County, Vincent K. Howard, Judge, granting summary judgment to defendants Merlin and Stephani Switlick.1 The circuit court dismissed plaintiff Lina Mueller's claims for damages against the Switlicks for their alleged negligence in caring for her.
