Entringer Bakeries, Inc. ("Debtor"), filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code1 on May 29, 2001 ("Petition Date"), and on that day an order for relief was duly entered. The case was subsequently converted to a case under Chapter 7. Aaron E. Caillouet is the duly appointed, qualified and acting trustee.
