RICHARD H. EDELMAN, Justice.

Carlos Alberto Martinez appeals the revocation of his post-conviction probation1 on the grounds that: (1) his original conviction was void; and (2) the trial court's judgment nunc pro tunc could not retroactively impose conditions of probation for a period of time before it was entered. We affirm.
