Jenny Crisler appeals the order of the Craighead County Circuit Court granting a motion for summary judgment by appellee, Unum Life Insurance Company of America (hereafter "Unum"). The trial court ruled that Missouri had the most significant relationship to the insurance contract at issue in this case, therefore Missouri law applied, and that under Missouri law the decedent's death was not an "accidental bodily injury."
