Harris claims that she was victimized by unlawful racial discrimination when her employer, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), deliberately "sabotaged" her opportunity for a promotion by forcing her to wait approximately fifteen (15) minutes before beginning the selection interview.
