Since defaulting on a business loan in 2002, plaintiff Warthell B. Iles ("Dr.Iles"), has waged a litigation war against her lenders, defendant/appellee North Carolina Agricultural Finance Authority ("NCAFA") and appellee Cendant Mortgage Company ("Cendant Mortgage").
