ESPINOSA, Judge.

¶ 1 Petitioner employee Rito Parra was working for respondent employer Pedus when he sustained a work-related injury in July 2003. At that time, he was receiving permanent partial disability benefits for a work-related injury he had sustained in 2000. The Industrial Commission reduced Parra's monthly temporary total disability benefits for the 2003 injury by more than the amount he was receiving for the 2000 injury. Parra...
