I. INTRODUCTION

In this chapter 7 bankruptcy case, Northeastern Title Loans, LLC ("NTL"), has requested relief from the automatic stay in order to exercise its rights as a lienholder against an automobile owned by the Debtor, Vanessa Giles ("the Debtor"). The Debtor has responded by requesting avoidance of NTL's lien as impairing her exemption in a "tool of the trade". See
