MEMORANDUM OPINION

BILL VANCE, Justice.

Ann Neely was charged by information with the misdemeanor offense of deadly conduct for allegedly pointing a rifle at another person. A jury found her guilty, and the trial court sentenced her to 250 days in jail, probated for 18 months, and assessed a $500 fine. Asserting three issues complaining of charge error, she appeals. We will affirm.
