The intervenors, who are residents of the Town of Weare, appeal an order of the Superior Court (Mangones, J.) granting a motion to enter a consent decree filed by the defendant, the Town of Weare (Town), and the plaintiffs, G2003B, LLC (G2003B), Aspen Acquisitions, LLC (Aspen), and Gerard Beique. We affirm.
