ABB/Alstom Power Integrated CE Services (Alstom Power) appeals from the order of a Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court review panel affirming the trial court's award to Michael Worline for injuries he suffered while employed by Alstom Power. The Workers' Compensation Court found that Worline had suffered injuries to his right shoulder, neck, and lower back and awarded workers' compensation benefits in relation to those injuries...
