¶ 1 Petitioners William Roubos, Derrick DeNomme, and KTTL Enterprises-Pacific Beach Club, Inc., doing business as DV8 Nightclub, successfully defended actions filed against them by the City of Tucson, which alleged that they had violated an ordinance prohibiting loud or unruly gatherings on their property.
