The Arkansas Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors appeals a decision of the Bradley County Circuit Court reversing the Board's decision to suspend Billy Reddick's license as a funeral director for a period of two years. This court assumed jurisdiction of this case based on an issue of first impression and statutory interpretation pursuant to Ark. Sup.Ct. R. 1-2(1) and (6).
