This is an appeal from the trial court's denial of a plea to the jurisdiction against Appellant El Paso County. In a single issue on appeal, Appellant contends the trial court erred in denying its plea to the jurisdiction with respect to the retaliation claims added to Appellee's amended petition because the Appellee failed to exhaust her administrative remedies under the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act...
